Our idea of welfare arises from shared needs and values, in order to improve life quality of our employees and  encourage job placement of young people.

Company canteen

 A service offered to workers who do not have the opportunity to come back home for their lunch break. A welcoming and bright space and an internal kitchen to serve different menu options every day, respecting food preferences and cultural and religious pluralism.

Lounge area

A relaxing space for breaks: an idea of leisure that also becomes an opportunity for discussion and dialogue with colleagues

Open and bright spaces

Our spacious offices with glass walls guarantee privacy and silence and at the same time encourage dialogue and collaboration among the different departments

A bright, comfortable and clean space to work safely and at the most favorable working conditions

Collaboration with schools and Universities

We collaborate with Universities, ITS (Post-Diploma Higher Technical Institutes) and High Schools with school-work and internship programs. We periodically host local students visiting to encourage school-work matching.
