Qualifications and Educational requirements : high school diploma (technical high school or vocational school) or experience in similar role
Preferred skills: organization, accurancy, reliability, good knowledge and use of PC, attention and orientation to customer satisfaction
Additional notes: considering the type of material (glass), the packaging and shipping phase are particularly important both for the security of the material during transportation and for the presentation to the customer, expecially in consideration of the correctness and correspondance to the transport documents of the goods shipped
Role and responsibilities: after a period of training and coaching, you should be able to: coordinate and manage the department; do and/or coordinate the packaging phases according to the instructions gives; comunicate with colleagues to organize and coordinate shipments; preparing the necessary documents for the trasport of goods; check the correspondance by type and quantity of the goods shipped; perform the input material check, verifying its congruity with the specifications
